  • 14 Day refund & exchange service from the original date of invoice*

  • All iCAN branded products (excluding ink cartridges and toners) offer a 1 year exchange warranty*
  • All iCAN branded ink cartridges and toners offer a 90 Day exchange warranty*
  • Some products are non-returnable*

Product Warranty

  • 30 Day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect*
  • 90 Day courtesy warranty service (will ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at no cost to our customer) from the original date of invoice*
  • For goods between 91 days and 1 year from the date of original invoice, a service to ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer at a minimal cost is offered*

NetPlus Computeroffers a 14 Day refund & exchange service from the original date of invoice. NetPlus Computeroffers a 30 Day warranty against manufacturing defect from the invoice date. (Some restrictions may apply – please see below exceptions list for full details). If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a product deemed to be defective and would like to request a refund or exchange, please note the following.

  • 1. Original invoice must be provided.
  • 2. Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused.
  • 3. All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment unless the purchase was made via online banking, in which case a cheque will be mailed out to the customer. For purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. For purchases made with a gift card, if the original was discarded, a new gift card will be issued for the refund amount.
  • 4. For online purchases, the return period begins on the invoice date of the items.
  • 5. Your name, address, phone number, signature and valid government issued ID may be requested to confirm information provided.
  • 6. Some restrictions apply to the 14 Day refund & exchange policy. Please see the Restocking Fee Table for details.

Policy Exceptions

  • Notebook Computers & Tablets are provided with 14 Day Warranty against manufacturing defect
  • LCD/LED monitors, laptop computer screens with dead/stuck/defective pixel are not covered under the standard warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for further warranty inquiries.
  • iCAN branded ink cartridges and toners are eligible for 90 Day refund or exchange if the cartridge is found to be incompatible with the printer.
  • iCAN products (excluding printer cartridges and toners) include a 1 year replacement warranty.
  • iCAN printer cartridges and toners includes a 90 Day replacement warranty
  • NetPlus Computerreserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or not.
  • Physically damaged products will not be accepted for replacement, exchange, refund or credit.
  • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted on ALL unopened or opened Software, PC and Video games.
  • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit is accepted on ALL personal care, small appliances, sports & health products for hygienic reasons unless the product is found to be defective within 30 days, in which case the product may be exchange
  • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted on Special Order Items, Clearance Items and Final Sale Items except when they are found defective, in which case the product may be repaired or replaced at Canada Computers & Electronics’ discretion.
  • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are permitted for ALL opened or used original manufacture branded printer cartridges, toners, blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), water-cooling, headsets, headphones, printing supplies, projector bulbs, paper and cleaning supplies.
  • Printers are non-returnable if consumables have been opened.

Corporate & Government Account

  • Policies only apply to orders made by Purchase Orders or Government/Corporate Credit Cards. Credit card information must be provided at time of return.
  • Unopened items can be returned within the 30 day period of purchase date.
  • Opened items which are found defective can be returned within 30 days for refund, exchange and replacement.
  • Opened items which are non-defective can be returned within 14 days for refund. Full packaging is required and product must be in resalable condition.
  • All computer components carry a 1 Year replacement warranty.
